Engagement Scope

Our service engagements are defined by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines deliverables, timeline, and success metrics. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the SOW, the SOW takes precedence.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the SOW. Invoices are due net 30 unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts may be assessed interest at 1.5% per month.

Intellectual Property

Work product created during the engagement, including documentation, code, and recommendations, is provided to the Client. ForgeHarbor retains rights to general methodologies and pre-existing tools or content.

10. Limitation of Warranties

ForgeHarbor Platform Works provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The services will achieve any specific outcome or results
• Systems will achieve perfect uptime or reliability
• Security vulnerabilities will never be discovered

11. Limitation of Liability

Client agrees to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Client is responsible for compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
